At James Hornsby we aim to 'raise standards and improve life chances to that together we excel'. We are focused on teaching and learning. Our school is built on traditional values mixed with the best of innovative practice, which increases flexibility so that we can personalise our students learning according to need.

We are very proud of the success we have achieved at James Hornsby and believe that we can achieve even more. We strive for excellence all the time in everything we set out to do. We are very proud of our students, the success that they are achieving and for the way that they care about their school community. In so many different parts of school life, our young people show that they enjoy, contribute and achieve. They are helped to do their very best by our excellent team of staff.
