Mumsnet - This website provides advice for parents by parents, there is a lot of really valid and useful information on here.

Mind - This website is full of great information that can be used to support your loved ones.

Young Minds - This website provides information on how to support young people and those around them, it also helps you find useful information about treatment.

NHS website - This a useful place to find out about mental health illnesses and all other illnesses. This website has lots of valid information.

Mind Ed for Families - This is a website that has been developed by Health Education England and the Department of Education in order to help families understand and support their children, from parenting tips to getting help in a crisis.

Yellow door - This is an independent charity that offers information, Advice, Advocacy, Emotional and Practical Support, Education and Counselling and Activities to young people between the ages of 11 and 25.

EWMHS - This is the Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service (provides advice and support to children, young people and families who are in need of support with their emotional wellbeing or mental health difficulties. The service covers Southend, Essex and Thurrock and is open to young people between the ages of 0-18 and up to the age of 25 for those with special educational needs.
