#DidYouKnow that some of our #Year7 students engaged in a course about building #Resilience – it was a huge success!

Evie said: “We looked at different strategies to reduce stress and anxiety, these included: meditation, breathing techniques and communication. We used an iceberg to explore hidden feelings and emotions. I enjoyed the day and I was very proud of myself”
