**Sleep Tips:**

- Consistency is Key: Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Consistent sleep patterns help regulate your body’s internal clock, improving focus and mood.

-Create a Sleep Sanctuary: Keep your room cool, dark, and quiet. A restful environment promotes deeper sleep, which is essential for memory consolidation and overall cognitive function.

**Diet Tips:**

-Balanced Meals: Prioritize whole foods—fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. These nutrients provide the energy and brainpower you need for studying and staying alert.

- Snack Smart: Choose brain-boosting snacks like nuts, yogurt, or fruit instead of sugary treats. Healthy snacks stabilize blood sugar levels, preventing energy crashes.
